1. Selecting your gifts
Select "Gift category" to browse through available gifts, they are categorized in different categories such as "Training","Holidays","Birthday","Healthcare", etc...
2. Add to shopping cart
Note: each time you check out, you can only give gifts to 1 recipient. If you are selecting gifts for multiple people, you would need to place the order multiple
times, each order for a recipient. Please do not put all gifts together to send to multiple people since that does not work. All gifts might go to only 1 person.
Click "Add to Cart" to put your selected gifts to shopping basket. Click "Proceed to check out" to pay for the gifts or select additional gifts by clicking "Shop for more items".
3. Payment
Select "View Cart"
Select "Proceed to check out"
Select "Online Delivery/No Shipping" as shipping method
Select "Credit Card" and fill out required data
Fill out recipient's names and address (in Vietnam)
Select "Place Order" to finish your order
4. Email
Once you have finished your order, you will be prompted to print the receipt if you would like to. In addition, we email you the receipt for future reference.
5. Gift card
Within 24 hours (48 hours if your order is placed on Sunday), we will mail the gift card to the recipient. We would also email you once the gift card has been sent out (order status will be partially shipped.) In order to view the order status, click "My
account / Order status".
6. The gift is claimed
Depending upon the expire date, the recipient can claim the gift at anytime before the expire date. We would email you a note as soon as the gift has been claimed in Vietnam by the recipient.
